What the estimate form collects
When you send an estimate request, the form collects your name, phone number, email address (if you provide it), your city, a description of the job, and any photos you choose to attach. It also records how you heard about the business if you answer that question, and campaign (UTM) parameters and the referring page when those are present in the link you followed. Your IP address is used, in hashed form, only to limit abuse of the form.
How it's used
This information is used to review your request, quote the work, and follow up with you by phone, text or email. It is not sold, rented, or shared with advertisers. There are no advertising scripts, social media pixels or third-party trackers on this site. The site's host collects basic visit statistics (pages viewed, referring site, browser language, device type and an approximate country) using a session cookie that lasts about 30 minutes. This is not used to identify you.
How photos are stored
Photos you attach are stored in private storage that visitors cannot list or read. When your inquiry is reviewed, photos are accessed through expiring links (valid for 7 days). Photos are never made public.
Services involved
This site is hosted on Lovable. Form submissions are stored in a database and private file storage provided through Lovable Cloud, and the notification email is sent through a transactional email service. These providers process your information only to operate the site. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads. The hosting provider's server logs may also record IP addresses.
